★ FUN FOR EVERYONE – Bubble Brothers are creating the biggest bubbles in the World. They make all happy by teach them how to make beautiful, colorful and enormous bubbles. APPROVED BY KIDS!
★ LIVE MUSIC – Brooklyn born MC Alpha Diop aka ADH music contains unique rhythms creating a signature sound he calls “Afrohop”, a style of music incorporating elements of afrobeat, jazz and hip hop. Through his energetic and idiosyncratic stage performances, ADH delivers an inspiring message.
★ DJ – From London based Voices DJ/Soundsystem Collective, DJ Alex will be hitting the decks this Friday at BC, spinning some of the best Italo and Disco tunes produced. Be sure to check out his soundcloud for a sneak peek of what’s in store.
★ Panzerotti bringing in the finest Italian streetfood. Panzerotti is a savory turnover which resembles a small calzone, both in shape and dough used for its preparation.
★ Bahadur -Tandoori Grill and Currys- – our favorite tandoor master’s from Bahadur will be firing up their clay oven to bring us the utter delight of authentic North Indian flavors: juicy chicken, marinated in Kashmiri chili, yoghurt and spices along with aromatic paneer and onion skewers.
★ Schneiderei tailor-made food with a mediterranen touch. The kitchen was born in London by Tel Avivian Liron Shnaider who then took it back to his hometown biggest food market where his zalabia (traditional yemenite fried roll) got raving reviews before coming back to europe this time to Berlin and becoming one of the most talked about food pop ups in town.
★ Son Kitchen – as beautiful as they are scrumptious, these Korean classics by Son Kitchen are homemade and contain naturally invigorating kimchee as their centrepiece. This time introducing their rich Supreme Korean Burgers filled with 140g Bulgogi beef – or vegetable patty. Sehr lecker!
★ Los trómpiras mission is to present their dish, the “tacos al pastor”, in the most authentic and delicious way possible. They use the typical Mexican “trompo” (vertical grill) to get the meat taste as close as that you’d think you’ve just landed in Mexico.
★ Mama Shabz draws upon a multitude of food philosophies from her home land Pakistan. Authentic spices, freshly farmed produce, generations old cooking techniques, and most importantly, recipes and memories passed along to her from her own mother. They will be cooking amazing Paratha Wraps (flatbread filled with “Chaana Chaat” chickpea salad, rice, “Rajma” red bean curry topped with Tamarind sauce, crispy bhujia, yoghurt and more) and Pakistani Bouletten (100% beef meatballs marinated for 48 hours in chilli & onion served with mint & coriander chutney and “Chaana Chaat” and lots of toppings) and introducing the newcomer – Grill Cheese Paratha (flatbread filled with paneer and cheddar cheese mix topped with extra spice, coriander and Tamarind).
★ Butter Bronson’s free range chicken thighs are marinated overnight in Irish buttermilk before being deep fried and wedged into a soft, glazed brioche bun. Stuffed with top-notch tasty additions like streaky bacon, chipotle mayo and Irish mature red cheddar, or homemade pickles and lettuce. However they choose to present their award-winning burger, it’ll be some damn good eatin’. Can’t wait!
★ Harina in Love is THE address when it comes to Argentinian street food in Berlin. They are coming in with their famous sandwiches – Argentinian beef or veggie version with grilled goat cheese, honey, carrot cream etc. All sounds so good we’re in love already!
★ HOLYCRAB – an innovative street food concept, using American Marsh Crab in their plentiful sandwiches. This spiece has developed from tourist to over-taker, threatening natural flora and fauna in Berlin and Holy Crab is helping to balance this situation with their mouthwatering crab rolls.
★ Orlando Berlin Sicilian food of happiness! Orlando combines food, culture and passion with both tradition and originality. We can’t wait to try their Sicilian tomatoes and watermelon gazpacho with fried anchovy cutlets (breadcrumbs are mixed with fresh herbs so the cutlets are very tasty) and Gelo di Melone – Sicilian watermelon pudding with a sheep ricotta cream on top and garnished with pistachio.
★ Paul Möhring – Tradition & Wahnsinn is continuing the tradition of Grandpa Paul (1906 – 1990) with their original Berlin ice cream. Based on Paul’s recipes, they have created a handmade soft ice cream. The result is so velvety, creamy and full-bodied – next level softeis!
★ KLX – Koshary Lux is adding their delicious North African food to the Bite Club line-up! From their colourful and sophisticated stand they’ll be serving the signature Egyptian dish, made with rice, noodles, lentils, spicy tomato sauce, garnished with fried onions, chickpeas and a pistachio spice mix.
★ Manifestaurant – Argentinian wild red king prawns grown in the clear waters off the Atlantic coast of Patagonia and devoured at Bite Club street food party! Hurrah! Manifestaurant with their exciting Prawns Bar outset will be grilling and deep frying prawns accompanied by fries plus magic cocktail sauce (secret recipe).
★ Mibap&Mibar girls are inventing completely new Asian type of foods from scratch. For example Mibap with grains as the key ingredient, combined with tofu, mushroom, and vegetables, wrapped in seaweed and served with homemade dressings. They are always happy to introduce their several inventions and let you to taste them before you buy.
★ Woop Woop Ice Cream can cut down the process of icecream production to just a few seconds by using supercold liquid nitrogen (-196°C). This allows them to make super smooth icecream in front of your very eyes. Fresh ingredients and innovative production method leads to an unique ice cream experience and the indulgence of flavours like dark-chocolate-whiskey, strawberry-cheesecake, pear-cinnamon, hazelnut-raspberry and many more.
